What is your vision of a utopian society?

What are the chief impediments to realizing this vision?

people have different definitions of what freedom means. people have different definitions of many terms, depending on their political orientations and when you get them talking to each other, they talk past each other because one group will say one thing and the other group will take it to mean something totally different. in this vein, ideally you would never use violence except in self defense. people have different definitions of violence and what it means to be wronged. so as things are now, if we were to get rid of the state and have everyone living their own personal utopias, there would be war. so I see the biggest impediments to utopia being people not understanding each other and even if they do, how to reconcile the disagreements that arise.
