Nice group of folks. Nice location. Nice refreshmentalities at the "after party". Let's have more convo meetups where we are buildin'. And more refreshmentalities too.

Convo topics? Well, I heard on WURD this morn, that Philly is nearing the final stages of selling 4 school buildings in a package deal for like $25milly. But one of those bldgs is at 38th & Market, and will easily be rolled-into the Drexel/UPenn portfolio, and be used for condominiums and businesses - so that bldg alone, should be sold for $100milly+, by itself. Isn't something amiss there?

Yeah, I guess we all hear plenty abt the schools these days, so may not need a full meeting on it ... but, I'm just mentioning the type of topics that we could touch on.

    out for now.

Hi Akeesha, I agree. It was a great event. The importance of art in human development has been proven. We must expose our children to the great art that exists that shares our history and culture with them.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
