FREE Zumba Dance Fitness class!
No experience necessary. Just bring a smile and a willing heart and let it lose! Every week there are new people, so don't feel like you will be trying to catch up on the choreography. We try to keep it simple. Even if you've never danced or participated in a Zumba class, you can do this. Please arrive 10-15 min early for social time.
A Certified Zumba instructor will lead this 60 minute class, showing you the Zumba steps, which include Latin and international movements, such as salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaeton, hip hop, cha cha, tango, and belly dancing, to name a few. It’s more fun than you’ve ever had. You won’t even feel like you are working out.

Suzanne Thomas hosts this class for free because she really believes in helping others achieve fitness and health. This class is a ministry for her. It's her way of giving back to the community. She really loves Zumba so much that she is willing to lead this class for no pay or compensation. It's that simple.
