Paint Woodside Store

This is an old historic site, now a small museum. Old rough wooden buildings with relics inside and out amid the trees. Wooded lanes with wildflowers in the right seasons all around. Nearby is the Woodside Bakery (or Bucks if you're so inclined) for eats or coffee. Easy to get to. Parking and on the right days that it's open, probably bathrooms as well.

Here's a video that I was filming to demonstrate to friends what painting looks like to the artist: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O7-p8KMWyMo&list=HL1403662639&feature=mh_lolz

Great site and enjoyed the lunch conversation and meeting Rebecca. On Friday I went to this site and they had logger's underwater hanging on a line along with a wash tub and scrub board. When I arrived to paint yesterday morning that was all gone. Fortunately I had taken a photo.

Doug, I didn't get your email about where to find that umbrella. Could you re-send it using the email facility on meetup? Thanks.

All right, I've cleared it with the Historical Society for us to be on premises, but they won't have the parking lot nor the bathrooms open until noon. So be well advised to drain yourselves before hand! LOL
We can park on King's Mountain Road itself (wherever there are no signs prohibiting it) east of the store grounds.
    See you there!

Ooops! It seems they don't open until noon. I'm trying to get permission from the County History group to use their site, but it might not work. So stay tuned for a change in venue possibility.
    We'll see......

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
