How to develop your Business strategy is an example of a simple but effective way to invite creative improvement.
Our sessions useKnowledge Management (KM) and Utilisation frameworks. This allows members toexperience and understand what KM is and how to use it to their advantage. KM can allow New and Small Businesses to become competitive and aid them in leveraging their existing resources more effectively. This along with the specific Business Area focus will allow you to apply what you learn in your own businessthe very next day.
The support sessions are based around Small Group Learning and Development. This means each session will include no more than 6 Businesses. The small group size gives participants a chance to go into depth and have a more personal experience.
