Many of us suffer from “The Bridesmaid Syndrome”...always the Bridesmaid, never the Bride. Just a few of the symptoms of the Bridesmaid Syndrome include low self-esteem, martyrdom, people pleasing and no love for self. These are all behaviors that can be removed from our lives if we will get over ourselves and get out of our own way. No small feat by any stretch of the imagination, when this syndrome is removed from our lives, great things happen: we move forward with greater power and ability than ever before and ultimately get what we want out of life!
Beatrice is an Army Veteran but always and forever a Drill Sergeant. A born-again Christian and ordained Gospel minister, Beatrice has mentored and counseled people, (starting with raising four children who are all adults who survived the process) in all stages in life and from all backgrounds. Serving in ministry and, just plain serving, Beatrice has found that people from all walks of life have the same need: to get over self and get out of their own way so they can get what they want out of life!
