2) Should I transfer or sell my business to my partner? If so, what should I know?

3) Should I transfer or sell my business to another shareholder? If so, what do I need to know?

4) Should I transfer to sell my business to my employees? If so, what do I need to know?

5) What kind of tax implications do I need to be concerned about?

6) Do I need a Will, a Living Trust, a Life Insurance Policy, a Special needs Trust, a revocable or irrevocable Trust? Should I retain a life interest?

7) What happens if I am disabled or unable to operate the business?

And much more! We will provide a print out of a power point presentation and ask that you bring a pen or a pencil to take notes.

Quick question; the date here is the 24th but the website states the 17th. Just want to clarify the correct date. Thanks!
