The worst possible course of action when confronted by too much data is to immediately embark on a data warehousing project nightmare. Best practices caution a series of intermediate steps that may or may not lead to the creation of a data warehouse. Join us for a facilitated discussion to learn what can we apply/learn from the agile approach/methodologies to support a measured approach to creating information from data chaos.

Eric Nelson will lead the discussion. Mr. Nelson has over 32 years of executive management, information technology, and systems development experience. His career includes over sixteen years at the executive level, including seven years of General Management, P&L, and Business Development responsibilities. Mr. Nelson is currently Managing Principal and Chief Development Officer for Synaptitude Consulting (, providing Transformational Enterprise and Operations Systems Consulting.
