These Fortnightly Friday Afternoon Walks are free walks. They are expected to help entrepreneurs to get some exercise, network, enjoy a few London sites and improve their social and physical well being all at the same time.
Over the years, isolation and lack of exercise have been two of the biggest concerns of our members. We felt these walks would help lower our stress levels, and help us wind down for the weekend while getting us out and moving. Here’s a great Ted talk about walk-and-talk meetings and the benefit they can have to your work life and creativity: http://bit.ly/12JUfr0
These walks are organised by Noelle Poulson of www.youkcustomtours.com on a freemium basis to help New and Small Business entrepreneurs get out of the office, enjoy the summer and experience what London has to offer.
June 21st: This week, we'll start at Temple station and meander through the streets near Chancery Lane and Holborn. It's full of hidden alleys and interesting shops (not to mention a plethora of pubs if the weather forces us inside again).
Meet at Temple Station (map here)!
We look forward to seeing you there :)
