Welcome to the Business Mentoring Group. We organise Micro Events to help Entrepreneurs, including Pre Starts and Startups.
Entrepreneurs gain from near free business support sessions. These sessions are usually held in an open environment where they can benefit from an outside perspective. We invite Professional Business Support Providers to offer their services as Micro Events - both online and offline. This allows businesses everywhere to gain access to Professional Business Mentors, Accountants, Lawyers, etc. for near free.
We also provide micro support for the not-for-profit sector. This includes Charities, Social Enterprises, Community Interest Companies and any other organisations set up to support society. The weekly sessions will support you with IT, accounting, finance and the management side of your organisation.
Support Providers benefit by: Educating their Target Markets about their Services and offer their support as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility Programs.
We also support Entrepreneurs taking courses on the www.edx.org platform. Here any additional offline support they need is available via the micro events.
This mentoring group was set up by the serial entrepreneur Mitch Bourne. It has been organised by Zufi Deo since April 2011 on behalf of Entrepreneur Commons, London. Entrepreneur Commons, London, is the London Chapter of Entrepreneur Commons, a global peer support movement for Entrepreneurs and is the CSR of www.bizstuff.co (Zufi's Business Support Practice). Zufi is a UK Top 50 Business Adviser. We have supported over 250 New and Small Businesses from across London in the last year or so.
We as a group meet at the Print Room Cafe in UCL for our offline micro sessions - which also acts as our Knowledge Cafe. These sessions are free thanks to the UCL Enterprise Society.
