Rivers End Breakfast Ride - 30 mi - C Level

Recovery /Casual Ride - C Level Ride

Le Bard Park is a very small neighborhood park nestled between Brookhurst St and the SART.

I am looking for a recovery pace (14-15mph?) ride along the coast with a hot coffee and leisure breakfast at Rivers End Cafe in Seal Beach.  I will not be in a hurry...just enjoying the view and a yummy breakfast.  This place is a cyclist favorite at the end of the San Gabriel Trail.

Route Link:

I will also be making a stop at OutSpoken Bike Shop for their 10th Tee Energy Bars!

You may want to bring a bike lock (optional).

Any questions, call Janet  [masked]

This was definitely a 5-star ride today! Le Bard Park provides an easy access to the SART. The coast and the SART was buzzing with cyclists, clubs, and teams in both directions. Nice recovery ride for me after yesterday's long ride and finalizes my miles for this week at 172! Lori, thank you for joining me for such an early morning ride and a great, relaxing breakfast.
