For tomorrow’s ride I want to keep a “tempo” pace. We will traverse high climbs. Mystic:5.9%, Soquel from 7.4 to 7.9%, Grand at 15.8%, and we will end our climbing onto Chino Hills Parkway a 14.6% to Chino Avenue. All other inclines are from 4% to 6%.

Based on STRAVA, my “tempo pace” is[masked]HR: 60 – 75%.

Based on Karvonen Heart Rate Calculator my “tempo pace” is[masked]HR: 60 – 75%.

Thx Moses. I wanted to catch this ride, but don't think I can anymore, so will try to make it out to pace line. Have a great ride!!!

@Tyler - I rode this route last week when it was hot and windy. Moving time was 3:09 but this includes a 30 minute search party exertion looking for a miss placed rider. I would say the ride will take 2.5-3 hours. It is still pretty light at about 7:00pm. I use my rear light just to ensure vehicles approaching from the rear see us, but if you have light, front and rear, great.

Hi Moses. How long does this ride usually take? Front and rear lights are required?

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
