Ride and run 4 to 6 times a week.
Just started riding again. I Want to get back to or real close to the fitness level I was at prior to some knee surgeries. Current goals are to increase mileage , pace and climb!!!!
Not currently but would in the future.
Just started riding again after some injuries and surgeries. Been riding a long time...I love riding and am new to the area. Looking forward to riding and meeting new people.
