Usually 2 days a week is all I have time for. Longer rides on Saturday morning.
I'm a "B" rider who does ok with hills. Need to improve strength and conditioning.
40 miles, mixed terrain.
A century this year and get faster on hills.
I wish I could but have time constraints.
