Would you rather be right or be free?

The Work of Byron Katie is a way to relieve stress, resentment towards self and others, make peace with what-is. It is based on the idea that stressful thoughts, particularly about other people, are the chief source of unhappiness in our lives. The Work provides us with a very specific process for questioning our painful thoughts, seeing our problems from fresh perspectives, and hence living more peaceful lives.

This group is for people that are already using The Work to deepen their understanding, and most of all, to use it. We will have inquiry circles as well as get-togethers to discuss questions and/or problems we run into when doing The Work.

This group is also for people that are interested in The Work of Byron Katie but so far have only heard of it and never used it. There will be sessions designed especially for those to learn the simple process.

And lastly, this group is for people that have never heard about The Work of Byron Katie but want to get out of pain and stress about themselves, about work, their relationship, family, kids, life... If you are ready to make changes, I'll invite you to learn about The Work.

What members are saying

It's a great way to expand your mind and find more peace in life.
