Lies That Developers Tell... (Panel Discussion)

How do you know if your developer is lying to you?

Let's face it, development is a competitive business. Project completion rates in development projects are below 50% in many settings. Developers have been known to "stretch the truth" when it comes to exactly how much can be done within budget. Clients also seem to always be adding "one more thing" to the project scope and expect no impact on delivery time or budget.

So, how do we get developers and clients speaking the same language? How do you know if YOUR developer is lying to you?

In this dynamic panel discussion join moderator Mark Lassoff, panelists and long time developers John Farrell, Scott Reynolds and others in a stimulating discussion on getting the most out of your development partnership.

Drinks and appetizers to follow.

Mapquest suggests that there is no parking on Pratt St. Is this true?

    September 20, 2013

    • Mark L.

Steve-- There is parking on Pratt itself, and nearby. At this time of day, I certainly wouldn't pay to park.

Hi Steve! Mark is correct, there is on street parking on Pratt Street, Asylum Street, Main Street, and Trumbull Street - all which would be a short walk away from reSET. If you're coming in early, The M&T Lot, located on the corner of Morgan Street and Main Street charges daily parking at the rate of $4/day.
