We are pleased to announce that Joel Klein will present to our group for the April Meetup live via a remote webinar format. Joel will present on using CAN SLIM for stock market timing and stock selection (I would also note that Joel uses the IBD newspaper primarily as a confirmation tool rather than a discovery tool).

Joel Klein is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Klein Asset Management, LLC and is based in Chicago, IL. He has been managing money professionally since 2000. Joel has consistently profited by being synchronized with the direction of the major stock market indices. Klein has extensive experience in the U.S. stock markets. Except for 2008, his accounts have shown net profits every year since 2000.

With a background in business, Joel began studying the markets in earnest in the 1990’s.     Bill has done a fantastic job for this group and as a CFA is very knowledgeable. This is a great group and whether you are trading stocks, options, mutual funds there is something for everybody, not to mention the specials Bill has found. Come join!

    It has been good to have a place to discuss the market and all the unexpected happenings assoiciated with the the market...It has been so wonderful having a person like Bill with all his professional financial background and accomplishments to take the time to share with us his insights...I am certainly looking at stocks and the market in a different light using CANSLIM as a guide. It makes me feel better about where we are with this market, too.

    I feel that the Canslim meetup is the user manual for the IBD CANSLIM investment strategy. Of all of the various strategies available, I?m glad that I chose the Canslim system and am able to participate in the Canslim meetups.
