Hello fellow Can Slim Students,
I want to wish each of you a happy, healthy and profitable 2012!
I also want to advise you about an administrative change coming to
our Meet Up Group.
Over the holidays there have been emails-a-flurry between IBD and
all IBD Meet Up Leaders. Very soon IBD will become the ORGANIZER of
all of their sponsored MeetUps, and the existing organizers will
Exactly what that means for our group is a bit unclear just now.
Hopefully, not much will change. The leadership team (Bill Lyman,
Tara Rice, Me, and others) will continue to schedule our meetings

(It's also interesting to re-read their headlines published in the
issue dated 1.4.11! They don't "predict," they state the issues
that will be the driving forces behind the markets..... pretty
accurately, I believe.)
I'm looking forward to our first meeting of 2012. Hope to see you
