Topic: How to Find & Acquire REO Deals Like a Pro!
We are in the midst of a great upswing in our real estate market. Currently, you can buy properties for less than what you can construct them for; but, low-priced deals are moving very quickly and causing home prices to trend up! You need a silver bullet, and that's learning how to find and acquire REO deals like a pro! Join us, while Mark Alder, asset manager for Blueprint Asset Management and author of book, "Foreclosed: An Insiders Guide on How REO Homes are Marketed and Sold by Banks", will teach you how to prepare a deal by understanding how banks market homes so you can determine if a deal is good or not, how to find REO deals before they hit the market, how to negotiate with banks, what to look for during closing and much more!
You do NOT want to miss this event!
Mark Alder has worked as an asset manager for over 5 years selling over a quarter of a billion dollars in real estate! He has helped clients, such as Chase, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac dispose of their REO portfolios by being a consistent top performer and being #1 for the entire Green River Capital Company in May of 2013. He currently consults with Blueprint Asset Management as an asset manager, and recently published a book, "Foreclosed: An Insiders Guide on How REO Homes are Marketed and Sold by Banks," currently sold on Amazon.
