Card Games of Germany

As always, we are happy to teach new players, so if you do not yet know any of these games, come on out and learn. Nearly everyone in the group learned these games after joining the group, so you are definitely not alone!

To date, we have learned a total of seven card games from Germany:

Haferltarock (3 players)

Schafkopf (4 players)

Skat (3 players)

Watten (2-4 players)

Sechsundsechzig (Sixty-Six) (2 players)

Doppelkopf (4 players)

Schieberamsch (3 players)

Tonight we will play whichever of them fits our number of attendees and/or is in most demand. There is always the possibility of playing more than one!

Very fun and interesting game of Schafkopf tonight. Tom ended up breaking even, while Jack and I tied as winners with 70 points in the black. Thank you everyone for coming out and supporting our group.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
