How did you find our site and have you previously heard about The Center for Inquiry?

I finally got around to reading "The God Delusion" and it inspired me to search for freethinking groups in the area. A Google search landed me to the CFI site.

What topics or social issues are of interest to you?

I'm interested in new philosophical arguments pertaining to the existence and nonexistence of the supernatural. I came from a Catholic background so Freethinking as it pertains to Christianity interests me as well as people's "conversion" stories.

Do you use any of these terms ( rationalist, freethinker, spiritual, skeptic, atheist, agnostic, traditional believer, humanist) to describe yourself? (Please add any "labels" you feel would apply)

I would describe myself as an atheist, rationalist, freethinker, skeptic, and humanist. I try to keep an open mind and live my live like it's the only one I have.

I'm an atheist and interested in meeting with other rationalists. I've lived in the area for about a year, but still consider myself new to the area.
