Thanks Toni. I'm the campaign chair for the TN area so if there is an interest, please let me know. I'd love to have the group participate.

    22 1/2 Degrees: Empowering Women

Hi Toni, I haven't been able to attend any meetups lately due to work and transportation issues but wanted to toss out an idea. On August 16 a global campaign called Bubbles Beyond Borders will be launched to help girls and women worldwide. I thought this might be something that the group could plan an event around. If interested, please check it out at bubblesbeyondborders.org. Thanks so much for all you do. Namaste. Elizabeth Miller

    22 1/2 Degrees: Empowering Women

How many usually attend? Is is mixed or women only? Is it viable for older people (late 50's) with medical restrictions?

Thank you Toni for such a warm welcome to the group today. I really enjoyed it. Looking forward to getting to know everyone better and doing more Martial Arts. This is exactly what I needed to help me on my empowerment journey.

Aye, I was a student of Yosekan Aikido, and then Kokikai Aikido. I love yang style Tai Chi, but only seems to be popular on the West Coast and Europe.

I know I can make it on the 27th, but my friend that is coming with me won't know about that date until the 26th. She may be out of town. We have both paid. Is there any way that you can hold her and give a refund if she can't make it?

Thank you for the welcoming message. This group looks amazing and I can't wait to participate. I am recovering from a few health problems but should be good as new soon. This looks like exactly what I need to get my life and body back on track!

I would love to make an event and to learn more about the group! However, I work two jobs so it's hard to find time for my social life! I will try to make a meeting as soon as my schedule opens up!
