Preview Night of the Peace on Earth Film Festival

Many of you may remember Peace on Earth Film Festival that we attended in the previous years.
Peace on Earth Film Festival is a not-for-profit four day event established to shine the light on the works of independent filmmakers from around the world, on the themes of peace, nonviolence, social justice, global warming, and the many modalities of peace genre. Our goal is to involve socially conscious members of the society, like your members, in peaceful alternatives through the power of film.
This year Peace on Earth Film Festival invites CIDFilms members to a Preview Night of the Peace on Earth Film Festival with a complimentary dinner! Yes, you've heard it right! The evening is free to CIDFilms members, yet, donations are always appreciated.
The Preview Night will showcase shorts and trailers of larger works selected for entry into the 2013 Peace on Earth Film Festival.
This Fifth Annual Peace on Earth Film Festival begins on Thursday, March 7, and continues through Sunday, March 10 at the historic Chicago Cultural Center’s Claudia Cassidy Theater. The event is free and open to the public, and is presented in partnership with the Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events.
The meetup is FREE but space is limited and RSVP is required.

We have 12 people on the Waiting list. If you RSVP'd for the event but may not come please change your RSVP so other people from the Waiting list could attend. Helen - The address is on the event page. You need to be on the RSVP list to come. I see you currently only on the Waiting list. As someone may cancel you will be receiving emails along with other 12 people on the Waiting list. Whoever change their RSVP to attend first will get the spot.

Hi Charles. It looks to me like you are still on the Waitlist because the open spots were taken before you could respond. Don't worry. Just watch your email inbox. If another person drops out, then everyone on the wait list gets an email and you need to try to be the first one back to the meetup page to change your RSVP to YES! Only the first one gets to change the RSVP to Yes and the others stay on the waitlist. Right now there are 12 waiting like you. I wish you good luck my friend and I hope it works out for you,
