How To Tell if Your Tenants and Contractors Are Lying

Bob Meister is a retired engineering executive who has been investing in Real Estate for over 25 years. He's owned apartment buildings, golf courses, medical clinics and scads of single family residences. He has both a Bachelors and Masters degrees in Engineering from Bradley University. About 10 years ago he became interested in how the mind works when we communicate. To that end, he became an NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) practitioner, studying under the founder of NLP, Richard Bandler. He's taken over 200 hours of NLP training. Additionally, he recognized the importance of Graphology, that's the study of our handwriting. Well, it shouldn't be called handwriting, since it's actually brain writing. As his study of handwriting continued, he became a court certified expert in Forensic Document Examination...the analysis of handwriting for determining document authenticity. During the past 10 years he and his partners, Randy and Charlie France have written many books on Real Estate investing. These include what's been called the most professional course on buying homes 'subject to' the existing mortgage. He will speak on August 10, 2010 on "How To Tell If Your Tenants and Contractors Are Lying".
