#CMPTO Tech Forum Edition, Presented by BookNet Canada

Join us at the Tech Forum networking event featuring Code Meet Print talks on strategic technology issues in the book industry. Meet and mingle with publishing folk from across the country, hear from innovators, share ideas and build partnerships.

It's a public event, as always. Our presenters are:

Brett Sandusky (Co-founder, The Holocene)

Brett is the co-founder of upcoming digital micro-magazine for DIYers called The Holocene. He will take us inside the planning stages of his new project. Brett is a product manager who specializes in the publishing and media industries, and is the founder of bdigitl Media Labs, a consultancy which provides UX and product development services to companies launching new ventures.

Arati Sharma (Operations Manager, Jet Cooper; Director of Logistics at TEDxTO) & Jordan Saxe (Product Manager, Jet Cooper)

Arati and Jordan come to us from homegrown UX agency Jet Cooper that provides strategy, architecture, design, and development services to leading startups and brands in North America. Speaking to their experience in building responsive HTML5 sites and native apps, Arati and Jordan are going to give us the lowdown on making strategic technological choices.
