Hmm, I make a really awesome brunch strata and most recently my steak and ale pie in a cheddar cheese crust has gotten me some local acclaim.

Columbian food from Columbia Restaurant in Tampa, FL, cake truffles from Momofuku in NYC, and the homemade ketchup with belgian frites from the Beer Bistro in Toronto, Canada.
