Unfortunately, I will miss this great class. Working on few apartment buildings right now. They are probably the best deal, one can get in California, but to see the potential, took me years of going through buildings. The most I learned about apartment buildings, was when I started to work as a commercial mortgage originator. Lenders would ask me very critical questions, no one would think of. I am so thankful of you to put this great training sessions together. I will try to attend next time for sure. Thank you again.

How do I hit a homerun in real state. How do I handle risk versus reward. How do I gain perspective into how much physical work an investor needs to put in to maximize the return.
