Power Up Fitness Class

Get your mega-dose of cardio, muscle toning, balance, agility training, and flexibility. This class is sort of a mix between kick boxing, pilates, step aerobics, and yoga. You are guaranteed to burn fat and leave class with a sweaty smile on your face! This is a moderate-high intensity level class. And all for free. Who could ask for more? ;-)

      Its free girl. I can't go this Sat, I'll be at the Pike's Peak Ascent. But, please don't let that stop any of you guys from attending. Margaret (instructor) and everyone in the class is very friendly and welcoming.
