CRM Magzine's Meetups are really for anyone from end users (people involved in their own company's customer relationship management efforts) to industry people (journalists, analysts, consultants, CRM providers) who want learn more, participate in a conversation, or influence future trends that haven't yet been adopted.

Great chance to meet some very interesting people in the CRM/technology/social media space.

This is just the next step in the evolution of knowing about and caring for your customers. It’s in its infancy, but if it is going to take off and be a big deal for business, it's going to happen quickly. We need to learn the concepts and explore the ideas to see how they fit into each of our worlds.

I'm always intrigued that more business decision makers aren't involved in this stuff ... this is about winning in business, not about cool apps. It will help you win.

If they are interested in the social media and/or CRM issues it could be beneficial both for educational reasons and for networking.

Very nice group of people who share similar interests. This was my first event, but the third that CRM Magazine had organized. It seems like they really might be on to something. It is particularly nice to have had an opportunity to personally meet some of the people from behind the scenes of the magazine.
