You can relocate them. Ellicott Wildlife Rescue [masked]) may be able to help with that. It needs to be done soon before nesting season.
Or some type of material can be put up, maybe sheet metal, to discourage them from hanging out on the front.

Good Morning All,
I forgot to ask about this at the meeting last night. My boss has asked me to help find a humane solution to a pigeon problem we're having. If I can't find a solution, then the pigeons are going to be shot or
killed in some way. I don't think the pigeons need to loose their lives, just because they make a nasty mess by our employee entrance. If anyone knows or has a good solution to this problem, please let me know.
