  • *** This Group 3 game (ONLY this one game this Sat. 6/22/13) is CANCELLED due to the DM's anniversary *** For those of you in Group 4, we'll have the Group 4 make-up game in place of the Group 3 date and time but at Group 4's usual location.

Wow, after we split into 2 groups, we got so many more inquiries that we need to make a 3rd group, so here it is.

A call or email from Eric would be nice to let me know of what is going on with group 4. As for Group 3, I think if the two do not show up we should just close it at the present number. As for RSVPing, most of us show up all the time. It is when we can't make it we should RSVP No. Other wise we should be showing up. When our three Active Duty guys return, then we can open it back up to them.

This session is canceled due to it being Paul's anniversary. Those of you who are also in group 4 there will be a make up session for last Sunday the same time 5-11pm, but at the school not the store.

I would like to propose that Group 3 be closed to new ppl pending if John (Cleric) and Dustin (Ranger) plan on staying with group 3. It would be nice if the 2 mentioned could comment on what there status with Group 3 plans to be. If they are staying then we are at our max 12 PC + 1 DM.

I would also ask, considering we are at or close to our max on numbers, that those who are currently in the group and plan to stay (myself, Eric, Sean, Tony (Monk), John (mage), Ben, Gned, Michael, Charles, Tony (Rogue) and 2 above if they are staying) claim the RSVP slots a month+ in advance unless you know ahead of time you cant attend. Keep in mind that if you RSVP like this and your plans change, that you change your RSVP accordingly. This will help us from having to deny new people admittance that are able to RSVP simply because a core player has neglected to RSVP until a day or two prior to a scheduled game.

If I missed anyone in list above I apologize. I was going off May 25th attendance.

I agree the huge problem and I'm guilty of it too :), is that the ones who are standard in the game, or have been there don't rsvp till the end, and new people rsvp to everything, the vets just show up and then we have 14 people there

I e-mailed John (Cleric) today 6/11 asking him to give us a heads up on if he is still playing since he has been absent past 2 group 3 sessions. Personally, if he fails to show up to the next session or make contact with us concerning this I see no problem with filling his position with another or closing the group as is to keep our numbers down a tad. I would be interested in anyone else's views on this. As far as working without a cleric, its possible to do, its just a matter of people acquiring the gold necessary to create renewable healing items so we don't have to rely on the expendable healing items we do have.

I need everyone to email me at [masked], tell me what group you are playing in or groups, what race, and class, and level. I'm going to put it all in an excel spreadsheet and then place it on the meetup so everyone can access it so we know who is where.

My prediction. You will get e-mails from all the people who already figured out how to post said info in the discussion board and the rest will stare at there computer screens thinking "duhhh...he wants us to do what".

Jeff, you're probably right ;) Eric, I emailed you my spreadsheets, and later I plan to post them for all of us to see.

OK I'm REALLY getting confused now on who is playing where and what, I suggest we all, EVERYONE meet at Heroes and Dragons thursday night at like 7, so EVERYONE can sit down and we can figure who is in what group and where, Just an idea but it would really help

    • Jeff

I think if everyone would post which groups they are in it would alleviate a lot of the confusion. For those that still don't know how to do this. At the top of the web page Discussion tab -> Message board -> Number of games link.
