Hi Everyone. Back from honeymoon and "jonesing" to play. Anyway, I got a few things to cover:
- CBC TOURNEY THIS SAT: NEW FORMAT: Beginners can play in a FREE Round Robin competition with tutoring. Advanced will have a $50-$100 entry (players vote) with 95% return. We only need a few more for an 8 bracket set. let's do it this time. Many people just show up and/or bring friends without an rsvp (which is great and even encouraged), but some other people may not come if they don't see enough players rsvp'ing "yes". So help us out and let people know you will be there so we can attract more players. Last minute signups are ok but a little notice is better.
- USBGF FREE On-Line Tourney is coming up. If you would like to be on a CBC team just let me know and I'll add you to our registration. Teams consist of 3 players and 1 floater (sub). We can have as many teams as we want so everyone can join in. Pre-requisite: You must be a CBC Member (not a problem, even for a friend of yours, just have them contact me) and a member of the USBGF (which is well worth it and not expensive at all) usbgf.org/membership/join. They have many FREE events all year, both online and at live venues, so come join the fun. Get More Tourney Details Here!
- NY/MA - Any time anyone would like to go to another clubs meetup or tourney, I'm up for it. And whether or not I'm available, you can just suggest the date and time on our website. It will make a tentative meetup and if only 2 other people say yes it will automatically go on the calendar. In the mean time everyone can see what interest there is and when they can get together and play. Here is the NEBC Schedule and if you want Antionette's email for Pair-O-Dice (NYC) Tourneys just send me an email and I'll fwd it.
That's it for now... I think. Let me know if I can help with anything and "Keep Rolling".
