Make your own Filament Spool Holder at our upcoming 3D Printer Workshop!

I wanted to let everyone know that we are offering you the opportunity to build your very own Filament Spool Holder at the 3D Printer Workshop.

Our spool holders have several options to choose from:

  • Single or Dual Spool
  • Bowden Cable Style Filament Guide or no filament guide
  • 3mm or 1.75mm (for filament guide sizing only)

If you are interested, we ask that you put a comment on the event page with what configuration spool holder you are interested so we can make sure all the necessary parts are there. We will have extra parts available but those will be on a first come first serve basis.

The wood is cut on our CNC Router and the filament guide is 3D printed. It should take you about a half hour for you to assemble the Spool Holder.

The cost is only $5 to cover the materials.

To see the stages of Spool Holder assembly, check out our photo album:
