We are so excited to have Griff as our guest Speaker on Thursday, October 10, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. The two topics he will be discussing are The Importance of a Customer Focused Return Policy (and how Managed Returns helps support your Returns Policy) Global Shipping Program.
He will be talking about the eBay Global Shipping Program, how it works, what it does, what it doesn't do, etc. He will also be speaking about Managed Returns; How it works and why it is important and why you should give it a try. Q&A to follow, anything related to eBay and selling.

Today, Griff works in a combination of roles at eBay including company spokesperson, educator (both online and off line as the lead instructor for our eBay University program), community advocate and general eBay Inc counsel and adviser across many eBay North America business units.
