How does the waiting list work?
Members on the waiting list receive an email whenever a Yes spot opens up. Whoever responds first gets in. This format is to cut down on the number of people that unknowingly get moved off the waiting list then don't show up.
What is your RSVP policy?
Your RSVP of "Yes" is a commitment and you are expected to show up. If you no-show or change your RSVP very late, penalties may be levied. Please contribute to the success of each event by honoring your RSVP.
What is a No-Show
A person that RSVPs Yes, but doesn't show up or a person that drops out of an event less than 2 hours of an event (some exceptions exist)
What isn't a No-Show
Absence when there is a huge chance of rain
What happens if I don't show up
If you've attended 5 or less events, you risk being removed from the group after picking up 2 no-shows. If you're a regular member, you will be banned for a month if you acquire 3 no-shows in 4 months. You will be banned for a year if you acquire 4 no-shows in 5 months.
What happens if I arrive late
If you arrive more than 10 minutes from the event start time you are not guaranteed to play if your presence would make numbers odd
