MEETING TIME CHANGE for July 12 CT LOA/Abraham-Hicks Group

MEETING TIME CHANGE from 5:30pm-7:30pm to 10:00am-Noon for this Sunday only. Please be on time. We will be starting at 10:00am sharp because we need to end by 11:55am sharp.

We meet every other Sunday afternoon in the Middletown, CT area. The group studies various resources for practicing the laws of attraction, meditation, spiritual development and creating our dreams. Each week we read (or listen to the CD of) sections from Abraham-Hicks "Ask and It is Given", "The Amazing Power of Deliberate Intent", "The Law of Attraction" and other LOA books, watch DVDs of A-Hicks workshops and films (i.e., The Secret). We do fun LOA exercises and projects, such as vision boards, creation boxes and partnered exercises to evoke feelings of joy, enthusisam and greater belief in our ability to manifest intentions. We also discuss the nature of vibration and energy, how to tune into "higher" vibrations to attract what we want and how each of us is progressing with our intentions. We set new individual and group intentions for the coming weeks, help each other to apply LOA teachings to specific life situations, meditate and attend A-Hicks "Art of Allowing" (and other LOA) workshops together. Members often share new sources they have discovered for LOA, including teachers, books, recordings, films, workshops, web sites and helpful affirmations. PLEASE NOTE: RSVP/attendance totals on this site aren't accurate. Not all group attendees are Meetup members and some members don't RSVP when planning to attend. Generally, there are between 6 and 12 people at any given meeting, with a total of about 60 people on the member list.

The $4.00 SUGGESTED DONATION per meeting is not a fee. This means that you can put ANY amount in the basket that you are comfortable with. It is up to you. Each member contributes to group costs in whatever way they can. Money should never be a reason not to come! The donations cover the cost of keeping the meetings going ($45 every 3 months for the Meetup Site subcription, phone calls, chairs, paper and art supplies for journaling and creating vision boards, fees for live, online A-Hicks broadcasts, LOA handouts, etc.).
