Engrossing film with extraordinary performances. Much to learn about leadership and what has changed and what is still remarkably the same.

The movie was a little slow for me. However, this was my 2nd meetup with this group and I thoroughly enjoyed it. G is a wonderful organizer and I appreciate how hard he works in planning and executing these events. After the movie a small group of us walked next door and had some yummy Thai food and nice conversation.

Good actors and a historical reminder.

This was a slice of an important chapter in Lincoln's footprint, and regarding performances in the film they were all stellar. Last but not least, it was really nice meeting up with you all.

Looking forward to this, been wanting to see it, and am glad it's not a full biopic of his whole life (soaring violin music when he leaves the farm to go out into the world, etc). And Daniel Day Lewis....he's so good I'd watch him read names from a phone book.
