New Year's Resolution: Lunchtime Walk!

Let's kick off 2013 on the right foot! Commit to your health (physical and mental) this year. You CAN spare 30-60 min per day for daily exercise and you WILL have more energy, better health, more energy, better sleep, improved mood, and so much more!

Join us at the Veale track for an indoor walk today.  We have walkers of all speeds and distances, all are welcome.  Come catch up with old friends and meet new ones who will support your healthly lifestyle changes.  Let's make 2013 a healthy, happy, motivating and productive year!

From off campus or other side of campus?  We can validate your parking at the Veale parking garage (lot 53) next to the wind turbine! Just bring the yellow ticket you receive when you enter.
