'Development and the New Localism': Hilary Benn

The Centre for Global Development presents:
'Development and the New Localism' with Hilary Benn, MP for Leeds Central and the Shadow Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government

I couldn't obtain any further details but Wikipedia has the following on New Localism: and I've found this from Public Servant Magazine too:

Seminar Room 1, Fairbairn House, 71-75 Clarendon Road, University of Leeds (see for details of location). The map pin is a guesstimate.

About the Centre for Global Development:

The Centre for Global Development (CGD) is an interdisciplinary research and teaching centre. Established in 1984, the Centre draws on the expertise of more than sixty members from different schools and faculties at the University of Leeds in the field of international development. Our aim is to promote academic excellence through generating knowledge on development issues in low income countries, and pursuing collaborative research with institutions in the developing world. In addition to making best use of existing knowledge and interdisciplinary practice at the University of Leeds, our core staff members also teach global development at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
