Reading: Was the search for the Higgs Boson worth it?

Cafe Scientifique is a place where, for the price of a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, anyone can come to explore and debate the latest ideas in science and technology.

Professor David Wark, Director of the Particle Physics Department, Science and Technology Facilities Council and Member of the Senior Science Advisory Panel at CERN.will be leading the discussion this evening on the Higgs Boson.

Café Scientifique talks start at 7:30 p.m. in Monroe's Rock Cafe (formerly known as the Déjà vu Bar & Eatery) and are followed by questions from the audience in the second half. Everyone is welcome to ask a question or make a comment; you don't need to be a scientist to enjoy the evening.

There is no advance booking, but please contact me if you want further information about this often packed event.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
