I found a "Mardi Gras" party for us to attend at Park Tavern!  They will be serving cajun food, including boiled crawfish, and hurricanes.  They will have bands all day long, and a Crawfish Eating & Costume Contest too (6:30PM) Prizes: $50, $25, $15 gift certs for top 3 in costume contest & $50 gift cert for eating contest winner).  The tickets are advertised as $10 right now and $15 at the gate, but they usually raise the price as it gets closer to the event.  (Use promo code "usa" by Jan. 20th and get a $5 off each ticket!)  It will be held Rain or Shine (Under a Heated Tent)  Here is my cell # if you need to discuss anything:

If you plan on drinking, please be responsible and don't drive!  A few of ya'll from the same area could share a taxi, or get someone to be a designated driver. Or, take a taxi by yourself- even if it's a long way.  It will still be cheaper than a DUI!!!
