**Summer 2013 Schedule**
We will meet the same time, and place on the following dates:
Participants discuss national, local and international current events. The first hour discussion is led by one of the group on a specific topic of interest to that person, and they distribute source material beforehand to the group. The second hour is a open discussion on any topics of interest to the group. Discussion topics are wide ranging; e.g. The Manning Centre, Bill 50 & the Alberta electricity market, the Arab Spring, XL Foods, contributions to political parties, the US election, First Nation property rights, Occupy Wall Street, the Montreal student revolt.
The sessions are fun and a great opportunity for some intellectual stimulation, together with socializing with interesting people from a variety of backgrounds.
The co-facilitators are Ron Foyer and Sue Beugin.
