5.8 - 5.10a (depending on the type). I do best on strength climbs as I'm on the burlier side (200 lbs+). Have OK beginner technique but mostly rely on strength

I usually boulder/climb routes at the gym 3-4 times a week. If I'm heading out alone, I'll use an auto-belay
