Inquiry circles are groups of people that meet to experience The Work of Byron Katie together. They are an opportunity to deepen your experience of The Work exploring common limiting beliefs or working with the Judge Your Neighbor worksheet.
The Work is a simple, straightforward and amazingly effective way of identifying the stressful thoughts that run our lives and turning them around. Stories that once filled us with anger, frustration, fear or worry turn into peace, laughter and love.
Whether you are new to The Work or familiar with this simple and wonderfully effective tool, you and your thoughts are welcome. If you'd like to attend please let us know by rsvp'ing and if you have any questions please feel free to email or post on the message board.
