Thanks Scott, for your comment. your input into this group is greatly appreciated. We are currently looking into a bi-monthly meeting where one meeting would be more socially oriented and the second more educational with seminars and speakers. Glad to have you aboard! Cheers!

what did you do for work up north?! curious minds are inquiring.... and yes! i had a fantastic day basking in the sun at Beacon Hill park/petting zoo ..and i was gettin paid to do it too:) today wanna take my camera to gov market and the beach:)

fm my last year's trip to whitehorse:) grrreat trip, went to whitehorse and did the "loop" of haines junction, haines alaska and skagway...got some wicked shots!! hey, have you gone to an in person LOA meetup yet??if so, how did it go?? i was thinking to go now that the weekly workshop thing is over....one day when you get a really "bad itch" and go off travelling you will be totally prepared to go with all your gear! lol :)

ahhhh...telephoto lens! sweet....i miss my ole lens that i bought in Japan (when i lived there as an English teacher) 28-200mm! got it for a sweet deal...it would be interesting to go back to see what you can buy in Japan with their crazy advancing technology...i remember when i first got back and i met someone who had a blackberry (when they were first popular) and my phone from J had more memory than this blackberry!!!

from one creative eye to another! immediately draw to your pic when i saw your camera:) that is some lens....what kind of DSLR do you have? i finally got a DSLR and traded in my film SLR and love love love the freedom to take as many photos as i want.....i am shutter happy these days....
my ultimate fav canvas is one of travelling abroad...so many stories to be told thru the eyes of the lens....
