This is a super ride that raises funds to support those with Cystic Fibrosis, and to fund research to seek a cure for this debilitating disease.
The fun begins at 9:00 AM at Mr. Mikes Steak House in Airdrie (exit right off northbound QE2 and go left on Yankee Valley Road, under QE2, then take the first left, and watch on your left about two blocks south).
Mr. Mikes puts on a fabulous breakfast for all participants, and that is worth the price of the registration all by itself.
The ride leaves at 10:30 AM and goes to Drumheller via Linden, where coffee , donuts, and cinnamon buns are served by Country Cousins restaurant. Then it's on to Drum via the Bleriot ferry across the Red Deer River. In Drum, there is a great lunch of burgers, chips, pop, coffee and all the goodies served by the Kinsmen at the Kinsmen Hall.
There are great prizes galore, a silent auction, and good fellowhip. Come along and make a great day of it.
