This is the final day of the Autumn 2013 series of walks. We will do a loop around the park and try and stay on the small trails as we capture more autumn walks. This is the day for those of you who are making this a jump start to losing a few lbs to now weigh in and see how you have done over the 8 days of walks. Next you have to keep repeating these walks! ;O)
This should take about an hour to do and for those feeling like winding the day up with coffee at Tim Hortons, there is one on Elbow Drive and Southland Drive on the southwest corner in the strip malls.
Dogs welcome if on leash and obedient! Just remember that some members may be afraid of them. Others are allergic to them and a loose dog can put them in the hospital if they come in contact with them.
