South Glenmore/Weaselhead Natural area

On this walk we will venture into the Weaselhead Natural area to look at trees, plants, wildlife, etc & then back. For those wanting to go for refreshments afterwards, we can decide which local café we’ll go to.

The walk will be a minimum of one hour. If requested during the walk, this time could be extended.

Dogs welcome if on leash and obedient so the members don't get muddy paws on their clothes! Just remember that some members may be afraid of them. Others are allergic to them and a loose dog can put them in the hospital if they come in contact with them.

Thanks to everyone who came out today despite the heat. The heat was less unbearable than I expected. Must have been the friendly warm of the group.

Hi Laura. Not that one, the one after that. Keep going to the end of 90th and you will see a small parking lot with the Weaslehead sign.

Thanks, Jodi. I remember correcting that when Diane & I were collaborating so I don't know how I missed it when posting. You saved a lot of confusion for some people unfamiliar with the area. (Thankfully the Heading location was correct)
