So that's what the top of Fortress looks like. I was up there 3 years ago and could not see more than 15 M.

This hike was AMAZING! I've been hiking for a very long time and this was one of my top 5 ever. Thanks, Stephane for organizing things so perfectly and to everyone there for being supportive, fun and friendly. Bonus points to have 2 gifted photographers along and I have enjoyed looking at all the photos. Hope to see you all again soon.

Do the loop. It's a little longer but the descent down through the Headwall Lakes is worth it.
