Gillian Daffearn calls this "one of the most enjoyable ridge walks you will ever do". It involves some hands on scrambling on the ascent and one rather narrow spot. Exposure is limited. The biggest issue, as I remember it, is wind. The descent is steep but not daunting.
The trip is described in detail in Daffearn's Kananaskis Country Trail Guide (Volume 1, pp. 250 - 252)
